Talk about face time.  How much better does it get?  Joe's Shanghai - - our favorite Chinese food restaurant, parents frequented since 2001 - Manager (we think) and me.  You're hearing it here...I am getting this shot blown up and framed and will be presenting it to this man on our next visit with a request that it be put up on the wall.  Save the date:  January 16th, 2011.
