When we arrived at Mom's office I sat with her for a few minutes while she drank her hot cocoa and read her emails and then asked her if we could go upstairs to see the merchants. The merchants are a group of girls that Mom works with who stand around ooohing and aaahing at me while I stare back at them blankly. I last about 3 minutes with the merchants and then Mom took me back to her desk. It wasn't long before I told Ma it was time for me to eat. So we got to hide out in the lactation room where Mom could feed me. After filling up on milk a la Mom I had a feeling I was going to be put to work...Mom had some filing that needed to get done and she was trying to get me to do it. Well no thanks I said, I'll take a nap instead. So I lay down on my sherpa on top of Mom's desk and off to sleep I went. 90 minutes went by and I woke up to find out I'd been fired for sleeping on the job.
It was now 2pm and I was raring to go. Mom's friends came over to hang with me so Ma could finish up and we could get home. Starting from the right...Connie, Susan Pak (AKA Pak Attack - who's holding me) and Trisha. I had fun hanging out with these gals in Mom's office!
When Papa got home tonight he told us that he made plans with Josh, Jennifer and Blakely for dinner. I was very excited because I have not yet met Blakely! We met at Kingswood for dinner and I loved hanging with my new friend! Blakely is going to have a new brother and sister this May...we cannot wait to meet her new siblings! Blakely is a very sweet girl and was showering me with hugs and kisses all through our dinner!
On our way home from dinner I was zonked and couldn't wait to get to bed. I passed out on Mama while Papa snapped pictures without me knowing...how beautiful is this? I heart New York.
