Back in NYC...Julian and I started our second semester of rock band class today. We met up at the Shake Shack before going to Appleseeds and had our 3 o'clock snack together while our mom's nibbled on burgers and fries. We hit up the swings and then head over to get our grove on.
As usual, the second we got into class I went right to the teacher's guitar to strum a few strings. Well this semester we're in a class of kids up to the age of 4. There was a little boy playing the guitar when I got my hands on it and I'm guessing he was the age: Terrible 2. The moment my grubby paws touched the guitar this child screamed at the top of his lungs ~ bloody murder. I jumped out of my trousers and almost pished myself he scared me so bad. My mom grabbed me and held me tight to assure me that this kid is a total psycho and everything will be ok. Yikes. Is this what it's going to be like with the big kids? Nah. It was cool. There were still tons of babies in the class and Julian and I had a blast. Especially when we weren't' paying attention to the teacher and were messing around with things we shouldn't be touching...
Stay tuned...next week we're doing a trial class for tumbling tots!
