Ho Ho Ho

What a way to spend my first Christmas.  I had the BEST day!  Let's see...where to begin...
Well let's start with a great night of sleep.  I am onto my 4th straight night of sleeping through the night.  Man it feels great to get a good night sleep!  Mom got me dressed in an adorable outfit and we were off to Boobie's house.  When we arrived...Boobie, Debi, Steve and Vici were all waiting for me with open arms.  They didn't quite know what to do with themselves...they were so excited to meet me!  Boobie tried to feed me gefilte fish...Debi tried to run away with me...Steve tried to eat my toes...and Boobie Vici cuddled me tight.  After everyone calmed down a bit, we all ate lunch and then Papa (AKA Santa) brought in the gifts that I got for everyone.  We sat down to open them...including a few things that I got from Uncle Ronnie and Aunty Sandy and Mom's cousin Donna.  We got Boobie a laptop which was the big winner of the day.  She really loves it!  And now I can see her on the computer when we talk over Skype!

After Boobie's house we drove downtown all the way West to Lindsey and Joey's place for Christmas dinner.  We walked into their house to the most beautiful tablescape!  Mom fed me and then got cooking in the kitchen.  She made her famous sausage stuffing which turned out to be a huge hit!  We then got dressed up - me in my Burberry suit (still too big) and Mom in a pretty dress.  I lasted about 10 minutes in the suit...got very hot and felt kinda uncomfortable so Ma put me in a really cozy onesie that I could hang out in for the rest of the night.  John and Joanne Bates arrived around 5 along with Joanne's lovely parents Zita and Tim.  They are all such incredibly nice people and we had the most fabulous Christmas dinner with them.  Everyone pitched in dishes for dinner and the whole meal was fantastic.  Lindsey's turkey was divine!  Of course I was such a good boy.  Hanging out with the gang, letting everyone hold me while I studied each face carefully so I can be sure to remember everyone's name next time I come to Toronto...and then passing out at the end of the night.

Merry Christmas Everyone!  And to all...a good night.
